- Second Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:00pm to 03:00am )
- The Team Leader works closely with Warehouse Associates to meet or exceed quality and productivity goals in a safe, clean and organized working environment.
- Directs the daily work habits and best practices of Warehouse Associates in response to workload demands
- Inbound responsibilities include ensuring the proper unloading, transporting and put-away of product to include the assignment of trucks to doors and research of “do keys.
- Provides leadership and fosters positive employee relations through effective communication, coaching, training, and development of Associates.
- Examine and monitor Warehouse Associate work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to quality standards, common practice and procedures.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic PC skills. (Data entry and Excel spreadsheets.)
- Strong communication skills. (written, verbal and penmanship)
- Ability to operate all equipment associated with a warehousing environment.(Forklift, deep reach, walkie, RF scanner).
- Ability to frequently lift 35 lbs and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
- Previously demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
- Competency with technical skills associated with materials and inventory management.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
