Looking for a full time customer service opportunity in an office setting? Handling phones, data entry, and customer interface with a safety training company in Cedar City.

One year of previous office setting experience is required.

Full Time Reception Details :

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ to $ / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)

Working in scheduling and customer service department, organizing client appointments and coordination.

• Tracking client data and information
• Invoicing and payroll
• Customer service

Full Time Reception Qualifications :

One year of previous office setting experience is required.

• Must be comfortable using computers
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Comfortable multitasking, handling phones, and working with customers
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
