Elwood Staffing is hiring a forklift operator at a wood mill. The role involves loading and unloading goods, stacking pallets, performing equipment checks, and ensuring the efficient operation of forklift machinery while adhering to safety protocols.

General Laborer / Forklift Driver Details :

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03 : 00pm to 01 : 30am)
• Training shift (for 1-4 weeks) will be from 5 : 00am to 3 : 30pm
• Operate Forklifts
• Stack and Store Materials
• Load and Unload Materials

General Laborer / Forklift Driver Qualifications :

• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Must a valid Drivers License
• Not on a bus route will need to have reliable transportation
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
• A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
