Production Operator Details :
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ to $ / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available (Monday through Thursday)
- Set up, tend to, and operate various machines such as presses, welders, tappers, riveting machines, orbital presses, robotic welders, checking devices, resistance welders, automatic or hand-feed presses, four slide machines, and screw machines
- Load / unload machine
- Operate manual materials handling equipment to re-stock areas with raw material or purchased parts
- Fasted parts together using bolts, clips, screws, etc.
- Move wheeled carts, racks, bins containing work in progress to adjacent production areas
- Inspect product quality
- Clean surrounding work areas
- Other duties depending on plant needs
Production Operator Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to frequently lift up to 45 lbs.
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, or twist
- Ability to frequently lift, transfer at weight height 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand and / or move long periods of time
- One year of previous manufacturing experience, preferred
- Steel toed boots or shoes, required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
