Production Supervisor 2nd Shift Details :
- Direct Hire position
- $48, / annually
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift (Monday through Friday)
- Take responsibility for supervising entire production process and monitoring production floor employees of 2nd shift
- Ensure all materials and supplies needed for smooth production flow
- Monitor daily and weekly production goal to achieve
- Ensure that machines are functional, and the production facilities adhere to safety standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and organize training opportunities for their team.
- Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
- Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
- Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
- Other Supervisor duties assigned
Production Supervisor 2nd Shift Qualifications :
- SUPERVIOR EXPIERENCE AND RESUME REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION
- Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in manufacturing, industrial, or military environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills desired
- Must be able and willing to work in an industrial manufacturing plant environment, including extended periods of time in noisy, non-air conditioned or unheated areas
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible work schedule
- Must be able to deal with difficult, sensitive, and confidential issues
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
