Shift : Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3 : 30PM, overtime is expected when needed due to customer demands.

Team Lead Details :

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ to $ / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 03 : 30pm)
• The Lead directs the fulfillment team in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to meet project deadlines.
• Provide outstanding leadership to team members, including opportunities for coaching and development, to maximize work output and quality of team members.
• Ensures customer orders and receipts are completed accurately and promptly while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling them with the data storage system.

Team Lead Qualifications :

• Ability to interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication.
• Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks, with willingness and ability to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends.
• 1 Years Relevant Management and Industry Experience.
• Exceptional Leadership Skills, Safety Management, Inventory Control, Employee Motivation, Sense of Urgency Promotion, Strong Organizational Skills,.
• Regular lifting of up to ten pounds, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
