The firm has transformed from ownership/management of a handful of retail assets to a major player in the South Florida commercial real estate market with ownership of flagship properties spanning from Brickell to West Palm Beach. The company's headquarters is located in Miami Beach, with an affiliate office located in Manhattan, New York.
Job Duties:
Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to answering phones, filing, copies, scanning, mailing, preparing memos and letters.
Able to operate a multi-line telephone system
Greet Tenants/Visitors and show offices at the various nearby properties
Support staff with any additional assigned duties
Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive company and personal information
Must be dependable, well-organized, with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
Must be Bi-lingual, Fluent in both English and Spanish (Read, Write and Speak)
Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
Knowledgeable in Word, Excel and Office365
Able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs and walk approx. 1/2 mile
Company offers 2 weeks paid vacation. Candidate may elect to be paid under W2 (employee) or 1099 (independent contractor)
