Senior Helpers East San Diego is seeking a Fulltime Business Development Specialist who can help grow our agency's network of referral sources and clients. This is a Sales position within a Home Care Agency. This is an opportunity to work directly with Ownership be able to affect positive change in the company and the people we serve.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Build new Private Pay Business in both La Mesa and Poway territories.

• Perform client assessments and set up care schedules; coordinate with the office staff to ensure client starts in a timely manner.

• Manage Prospects List on Wellsky Personal Care (CRM).

• Responsible for all calls from Lead Generations and managing follow up.

• Book new Client assessments.

• Set up and manage drip marketing campaigns through Hubspot.

• Utilize loom and social media for marketing outreach and prospect follow up.

• Be the expert on Life Profile, FlexHome and future SH programs.

• Build relationships and partnerships throughout both territories with new and existing referral partners.

• Attend conferences, host marketing events in Center of Excellence (COE), and host the Caregiver Support Group.

• Arrange and host presentations and lunch and learns for future and current referral partners

• Attend and engage in Community Outreach Projects.

• Work with the Client Services Managers in both La Mesa and Poway to get care set up and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in healthcare, working with the elderly and/or disabled, ideally as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), Occupational Therapist, LVN, Social Worker or Case Manager.

• Have at least 1 year experience working in Home Health, Hospice, or a skilled or long-term care setting.

• Experience in managing and growing a sales network

• Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.

• Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts including healthcare professionals, and community agencies.

• Comfortable with public speaking, educating the community and being on camera.

• Experience managing flow of clients and referral partners through a CRM.

• Proficient Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Microsoft teams)

• Ability to demonstrate positive sales results, excellent communications, and professional practices.

• Must be required to satisfy a criminal background, alcohol, and drug check.

• Valid Driver’s license and automobile insurance that is in accordance with California state requirements.

Competitive Sales Salary Performance based Commission.
