Job Description :

As a Home and Residential Cleaning Contractor with eMaids of Cobb County, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients.

You will work independently or in small teams to ensure homes are spotless, sanitized, and welcoming. Your work will make a real difference in the lives of our clients, helping them enjoy their homes to the fullest.

Responsibilities :

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms according to eMaids standards.
• Follow specific client instructions and preferences to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment provided by yourself efficiently and safely.
• Communicate effectively with clients and management to ensure quality service.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements :

• Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various client locations within Cobb County.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.

Compensation :

This is a commission-based position. Earnings are based on the number of cleaning jobs you accept when offered, the size and scope of each job, and the quality of the work completed.
