THE ROLE The TestRail Solution Architect helps to build our brand among the testing community and ensure customers get the most out of TestRail. As our internal subject matter expert, your scope of work will have multiple fronts: from staying up to date on trends and best practices in the testing field to providing guidance to existing customers, to working closely with internal teams to improve overall knowledge around testing and quality. Ultimately, your activities will help shape everything from the way we market TestRail to how we define the future of TestRail and test management.
