As HR Director, you will be supported by an experienced leadership team, the Vice President of HR, and an experienced HR support team who are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families.
Embark operates behavioral health facilities across the US that support adolescents, young adults , and their families by offering a full continuum of care from Short & Long-Term Residential, IOP/PHP clinics to virtual outpatient care. Our local IOP/PHP clinics are a critical part of our strategy to increase access to life-saving mental health treatments for families with insurance.

Responsibilities:The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, preferably a bachelors degree in a related field and/or an HR certification with SHRM or HRCI, plus 5-10 years of HR experience.
