EMBASSY HEALTHCARE is Hiring a Dietary Manager Near Cambridge, OH

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Dietary Manager to oversee our dietary department and ensure the provision of high-quality nutritional services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the dietary needs of patients and residents within our facility. Duties: - Develop and implement care plans based on patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation - Manage the dietary department, including budgeting and staffing - Provide health coaching to patients on proper nutrition and dietary requirements - Supervise the preparation and service of meals to meet individual dietary needs - Oversee tube feeding procedures and ensure compliance with regulations - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient nutrition Skills: - Proficient in budgeting for dietary services - Strong patient assessment skills - Demonstrated ability to manage a dietary department effectively - Knowledge of health coaching principles - Leadership skills to guide the team in providing optimal care - Experience in developing individualized care plans - Familiarity with tube feeding protocols - Understanding of alimentary requirements for various medical conditions If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for ensuring proper nutrition for patients, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity as a Dietary Manager.
