Description

Supervises and performs the duties of the Property Operations/Engineering staff to maintain the physical functionality of facility including guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas. Assists Director/Manager in training, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating department staff. Ensures staff compliance with all safety/loss prevention standards and regulations.

What will I be doing?

• Ensure and train on proper email usage {checking twice a day}
• Ensure and train on making the Engineering Report and sending it to MODs
• Check and read MOD reports address & reply status 
• Check pool and spa reports address any reading that are in concern
• Check fitness reports address any issues 
• Check with Front Desk for any outstanding issues at the beginning of the shift
• Meet with Director Engineering daily to go over events or issues for the day
• Check on projects that you assigned team members for compliance
• Maintain understanding of vendors and contact numbers
• Make, Post weekly schedule & have basic understanding of total hours used vs. budgeted
