To be a successful Behavioral Interventionalist Program Manager you must be willing and become able to do the following always:

1. Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for staff and those served through knowledge, sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.

2. Assist with the development and implementation of Therapeutic Family Foster Home (TFFH) services using a Behavioral Intervention model to support the youth and families.

3. Provide direct supervision of the Behavioral Interventionist Program staff utilizing Supervision for Success.

4. Ensure program staff are meeting timely documentation.

5. Ensure the Children’s Behavioral Interventionist direct care providers adhere to all state approved standards, meet all annual training and ongoing requirements as specified by certification..

6. Ensure that the Behavior Support Plan (BSP)/ Master Treatment Plan is being followed.

7. Sign off on the Behavior Support Plan (BSP)/ Master Treatment Plan.

8. Provide Individual and Family therapy as needed.

9. Follow EmberHope Youthville’s Policy and Procedures and operate according to the Employee Handbook and the Clinical Services Handbook.

10. Develop knowledge of Children’s Behavioral Interventionist and Therapeutic Foster Home standards.

11. Achieve program outcomes.
