Sales Associate

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. **Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers

- Create lead generation lists

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred

- Proficiency in POS systems and electronic sales tools

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Knowledge of wireless sales is advantageous

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
