We are looking for a RN for Start of Care for the East Valley.
Part time only- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday must have experience with SOC OASIS paperwork.

What you will do:

• Complete initial and on-going comprehensive assessments of the patient's needs
• Provide service and /or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills
• Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures

Who you are:

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, active license in the state of Arizona Board of Nursing, pursuant to ARS Title 32, Chapter 15 including fingerprint checks.
• Current CPR, health clearance, TB clearance.
