Embraer is Hiring an IT Infrastructure Analyst II Near Fort Lauderdale, FL
- This is a hybrid position. The selected candidate must be able to work onsite either in Fort Lauderdale, FL or Melbourne, FL. *
Job Responsibilities
- Manages the supplier of hardware asset management and SCCM services, integration with the PC as a Service team, Software Asset Management and Service Desk with a global scope (all Embraer units).
- Carries out support activities in projects, managing activities and indicators of the use of assets in the company.
- Manages endpoint policy management activities, software updates and patches.
- Responsible for internal and external controls and audits in this scope.
- data processing and storage environments.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science/Math/Engineering or equivalent preferred
- 3 – 5 years of experience in area of responsibility
- Experience in endpoint and inventory management tools (Configuration Management, Intune, Flexera Flexnet).
- Experience in endpoint operating systems (Windows, Linux and MacOS)
- ITIL experience.
- Experience with hardware homologation
- Experience in active directory management (OUs, GPOs, etc.).
- Management of services and suppliers.
- Must be very customer oriented.
- Able to solve complex problems.
- Experience juggling multiple responsibilities and prioritization of conflicting
- Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft tools and PowerBI are desirable.
- ITIL Certification desirable.
- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.
- Mobile and willing to travel.
- Adheres to Embraer Compliance policy, employment law, work security/safety rules, and company policy and procedures.
- Commitment to company values and complies with department norms, policies, directives, and procedures.
- Incorporates Lean and P3E processes and concepts into daily activities.
- Strive for continuous improvement to processes and procedures.
