As a member of our Executive Team you will lead our Sheridan, IN facility and oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, safety, engineering, buildings and grounds. You will coordinate the plant’s manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with company objectives, quality systems, and customer expectations. You will work closely with other senior leaders and corporate staff to develop and execute the strategic vision and goals of the company.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- At least 7 years of proven skills in leadership and supervision in plant management and engineering, preferably in the precision machining industry.
- A demonstrated understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices, such as 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, etc. Ability to apply lean manufacturing principles in designing, specifying, and validating world-class manufacturing processes that achieve organizational goals.
- A servant leadership background and style, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower your team members and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction, quality standards, and safety regulations.
