The Position: Wasatch Electric is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant in our Power Services Division.

Role and Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant office will work in our Power Service under the direction of the Equipment Control Manager and will have the following primary responsibilities:

• Clerical and administrative duties related to our mechanic shop and equipment
• Create, maintain and enter purchase orders
• Other miscellaneous administrative duties, as required

Qualification Requirements:

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
• Typing and ten-key proficiency 
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask and efficiently deal with many details
• Capability to work independently and as a member of a team
