Job Title: General Laborer

Job Summary:

Perform the duties of a within a retail environment. Operationally responsible for the daily interior and exterior tasks of large retail space under direction of site leadership.

• Perform porter services picking up trash and cleaning planters, basic landscaping.
• Cleaning sidewalks, attending to entrance ways and the parking areas.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and upkeep of the facility (Painting, material moves, basic plumbing).

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • HS diploma or equivalent
• 2–3-year related experience
• Valid U.S. drivers license/Previous forklift training is a plus
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to calculate simple addition and subtraction
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standards exist. 
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Ability to safely negotiate ladders.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Show strong customer service skills
