The Position : Wasatch Electric is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant in our Power Services Division.
Role and Responsibilities : The Administrative Assistant office will work in our Power Service under the direction of the Equipment Control Manager and will have the following primary responsibilities :
- Clerical and administrative duties related to our mechanic shop and equipment
- Create, maintain and enter purchase orders
- Other miscellaneous administrative duties, as required
Qualification Requirements :
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Typing and ten-key proficiency
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with ability to multitask and efficiently deal with many details
- Capability to work independently and as a member of a team
