Job DescriptionPosition Primary Function:Utilize the Linc® software to effectively maintain work schedules for service representatives and assure that customer commitments are met. Dispatch service representatives according to the schedule. Receive customer calls and adjust schedule as required. Perform daily audits of work orders. Maintain up to date list of open work orders and maintenances for proactive materials ordering and scheduling. Update notes, purchase orders, contacts, and general site information accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities and Expected Duties:
- Provide logistical support to the field to assure maximum output per labor-hour. Qualify every request for service to establish maximum response time requirements. Communicate schedule to customer.
- Inform service manager of work progress, customer relations, field personnel relations, material administration and other matters affecting service operation, including customer concerns to expedite resolution ensuring and maintaining long term relationships. Communicate resolution to customer.
- Build and maintain rapport and positive working relationships with field and office personnel to employ opportunities, reduce and resolve problems, while maximizing profits.
- Maintain tool locker, log location, and use of all special tools assigned. Assign and maintain inventory of all tools by vehicle or service representative.
- Provide support for any special projects as assigned by your service manager.
- Working knowledge of Office Suite - primarily Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated – takes initiative working independently and as part of larger team
- Manages and executes multiple tasks effectively, efficiently, and accurately
- Thrives in fast-paced environment
