Program Administrator

Responsibilities

The Program Administrator oversees the day-to-day management of the Intensive Behavioral Health Treatment Facility and is responsible for the efficient administration of all day-to-day activities of that facility including payroll, hiring/firing of all clinical and mental health staff and pertinent HR responsibilities to include performance evaluations, performance improvement plans, and general support and guidance for all facility employees.

You will develop and manage resident programs and services as indicated in the Contract for Services per the Washington State Administrative Code and its compliance.

You will be responsible for documentation including maintenance of medical records, and State Compliance Reviews and Audits.

You will manage admissions and discharges of residents to get the house right while maintaining a fiscally sound budget.

You are the contact point - the face of the facility and act as the facility liaison with all community agencies. You'll have to develop positive relationships with DSHS and DOH personnel, local hospitals, physicians, pharmacists, and local service providers.

And you must maintain availability to staff when needed by phone or in person, during and after business hours.

Qualifications

RN BSN or Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, or comparable degree.

Demonstrated advanced supervisory and managerial skills.

Demonstrated working understanding of state and federal laws and agency policies and regulations concerning client rights, public welfare, risk assessment, safety planning, and licensing regulations.

Valid Washington State Driver’s License.

Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software. MS Office
