Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - LTC 48's
Shift : Nights / 6p-6:30a, 12x4, 48 hrs per week, will consider 36's, EOW
Length : 13 weeks
Shift: (rotation is 4 shifts one week, 3 shifts the next)
Requirements :

• OR License
• 1 year Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care experience
• BLS

Other details:

• Charting: Net Solutions
• Will float within scope to meet facility needs
• Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals

Long Term Care RN
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 12hr NOCs (rotation is 4 shifts one week, 3 shifts the next)
- Ratios: 1:10-15
- Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
- First-Timers Accepted: No
- Weekend REQ: Yes, Every other weekend
- Certs REQ: BLS
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
- Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes
- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals
- Pending License Accepted: Yes
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
