Shift: Nights/ 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, EOW
Length: 14 Weeks
Requirements:

• MD License
• 2 years' experience in IMC
• Trauma Level II Experience
• ACLS
• BLS
• NIH
• TCAR
• Approved Trauma Certificate
• Teaching Hospital Experience preferred
• Trauma Level I Experience preferred

Others:

• Locals accepted
• Cerner

EOW Required
2 years exp in IMC (will not take only PCU exp; this unit is "ICU-Stepdown")

NIH
TCAR
Maryland Approved Trauma Cert
CERNER
Fast paced unit with high acuity patients
36 bed ICU step down unit. Medical patients, surgical patients, trauma patients, cardiac patients and stroke patients. We see diverse patient diagnoses but most common diagnoses are sepsis, pneumonia (covid and non-covid), atrial fibrillation, ESRD, GI bleed, DKA.
COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical Exemptions Only
Unit: 1000-7190 - 6 South, IMC
