Job Summary:
Emerald Integrative Therapy is seeking a fully-licensed WI independent contractor Psychotherapist to join our team. This is a wonderful opportunity to work independently while receiving the support of high referrals, insurance credentialing, competitive fees, and a positive work environment. This role starts as hybrid with office space in Thiensville, WI as well as virtual. Have full control of your career, schedule and the amount of hours you wish to work.

Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical research and best practices
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation and records using Simple Practice EHR
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care

Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Licensure as a Psychotherapist or Clinical Counselor in the state of practice
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and creating personalized treatment plans
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations
