Job Description:
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data, supporting various departments with reliable information.
Pay Range:
$850 - $1150 weekly
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Enter data from various sources into company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Data Verification: Verify data by comparing it to source documents, correct any discrepancies.
- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain databases with current information, ensure all records are up-to-date.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute reports based on data entries and ensure timely delivery.
- Quality Control: Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and security of all data in accordance with company policies.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry or similar roles preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook), fast typing skills with a high degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
