Job Description:
The Entry Level Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves assisting with research, content creation, social media management, and various administrative tasks to help drive brand awareness and engagement.
Pay Range: $1150 - $1450 weekly
Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
• Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Social Media Management: Help manage and grow the company's social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and events.
• Email Marketing: Help design and distribute email campaigns, and track their performance.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties to support the marketing team, such as maintaining marketing databases and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: No prior marketing experience required, but internships or related coursework are a plus.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), basic knowledge of marketing principles, and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
