DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:*
Maintain the building and grounds and conduct / coordinate all the necessary repairs.*
Respond promptly to all requests for repairs or maintenance concerns.*
Prepare rooms for new residents.*
Test the fire protection systems as required by code and schedules regular inspections.*
Maintain the HVAC system.*
Ensure the lighting and plumbing systems are working properly at all times.*
Supervise proper removal and disposal of trash.*
Conduct regular safety inspections, fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, etc. regularly.Must have knowledge and experience with all types of construction phases including:*
Carpentry*
Concrete Repairs*
Electrical*

Gutter Repairs*
Handyman & General Repair Work*
