- Processing endorsements for clients.
- Processing renewals and preparing proposals.
- Communicating with underwriters on renewals, applications, and new business submissions.
- Communicating with clients on coverage and policy information.
- Other projects/tasks as assigned.
- Current Oregon Property & Casualty License
- 3 years of recent Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Independent insurance brokerage experience
- AMS 360 experience
- Professional written verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task clients' needs
- Accurate typing/data entry skills
