A locally owned and operated full-service real estate and property management company is looking to expand their team! With over 60 years of experience, they provide top-tier expertise, customer care, and have created a streamlined process for the rental process. They are looking to add a Payroll Assistant & Admin Support team member!
Overview
The Payroll Assistant will also be an administrative support role and will have several essential job duties. This role will be primarily managing payroll responsibilities and reporting to the corporate office Payroll Department.
Responsibilities
Reviewing timecards from an analog system, totaling hours and entering hours into timekeeping spreadsheet
Follow through with employee supervisors with questions regarding issues on timecards
Tracking PTO accruals
New hire onboarding
Management of employee probation completions, distribution of the company benefits packages and follow-up
Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge of filling out 801 SAIF Forms
Strong Excel-Word experience
Strong communication skills
Good computer abilities with a willingness to learn new programs
ADP Workforce Now/Appfolio experience preferred
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00AM - 3:30PM)
Compensation: $25.00 Hourly Benefits!
