Job Duties:

• Provide a supportive and safe environment to assigned patients.
• Assist with activities as directed including, but not limited to personal care and dressing, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Provide support in running errands as directed including, but not limited to grocery shopping, assisting with medical appointments as needed, along with support of any transfers, and ambulation.
