As a Benefits Analyst you will have the opportunity to support clients and employees directly to resolve queries as they come while creating a friendly seamless experience. A strong candidate in this role will have strong computer skills and be able to communicate professionally. This role provides a ton of visibility as you work across multiple teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment
• A desire to work in a high performance, open, and collaborative environment
• Effectively demonstrate time-management and written/verbal communication skills in a team-based environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1st point of contact for Client Support (filtering questions/issues/escalations).
• Quality Assurance, Data Auditing, Data Entry in the zizzl benefit administration system.
• Data Entry, Application Entry, Employee Escalation Outreach.
• Proactively monitor benefit and technology administration processes to ensure accuracy and mitigate downstream issues.
• Respond quickly and accurately to system questions.
