Purpose

The purpose of this position is to enhance the lives of children and the families who love them by ensuring quality services are provided from initiation of services through discharge through creation and management of messaging (both external and internal) regarding the companys values, offerings, etc. 

Goal

To provide consistent messaging in efforts to support smooth functioning of the organization. To communicate values to the community and ensure a steady stream of referrals. To support the mission of becoming an leader in educational content. 

Essential Job Responsibilities 

• Overseeing the Marketing Team, including the Marketing Assistant (if applicable), and Community Engagement Coordinator(s). 
• Ensuring consistency in messaging across social media platforms, website and blog, handouts, flyers, letters, etc.
• Developing and ensuring consistency of verbal messaging to both clients/community and internally from Directors to staff.
• Supporting HR with communication and problem solving with both client and staff disputes.
• Supporting broader team in crafting and creating messaging for emails and with client conflict.
• Seek out, oversee, and develop partnerships with community establishments.
• Seek and develop public speaking and other opportunities to share knowledge in the name of Emerges mission.
• Development as well as supporting/guidance in the development of educational content for families, the community and for larger professional bodies. 
• Regular meetings and direct work with WRAL and other entities for website management and advertising. 
• Data tracking for incoming referrals (including but not limited to totals by location, discipline, referral categories, referral sources, referral visits, month to month and year to year comparisons)

Non-Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Quarterly and annual planning meetings

• Staying up to date on readings, podcasts, and other materials to support leadership development
• Serving as a clinical supervisor
• Parent meetings and Client Satisfaction Surveys (send and review)
• Participation in company events (social, volunteering, tabling, etc)

• Practice Portal Creation
• Website building and Maintenance
• Proficiency in Smartsheet
