A successful candidate will have experience selling health insurance to customers as well as hold an active insurance license in your resident state! You will handle inbound calls from prospective customers and determine the best plans for their needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Active Health Insurance License required
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with both consumers and co-workers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and performance-driven environment
• Must be able to complete all licensing requirements (with financial help) or have a pre-existing valid insurance license

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell health insurance plans and products to our customers from inbound calls
• Guide consumers through the health insurance policy selection and application process and serve as an expert for health insurance enrollments
• Meet set personal and team performance and sales goals
• Continue to increase your insurance expertise by completing training and insights.
