Job Description

The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services including Information Technology project delivery, maintenance and support. This position is within the Agency Services area of DTMB supporting the Attorney General (AG), the Office of the Governor (GOV), Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO), and the Department of Transportation (MDOT).
As a student assistant working for the Agency Support & Strategic Initiatives division, the employee will be responsible for assisting the team with technical and operational support, various support tasks and customer service functions based on operational needs. Additionally, the student will assist in the gathering of requirements, logging of help desks tickets, maintenance of documentation and responding to emails.
