Full Time Emergency Physician

Position Summary:

• We have two Full Time Emergency Medicine physician opportunities available at Westlake Emergency Center and Herriman Emergency Center. Westlake and Herriman Emergency Centers have 12-hour single physician shifts.

Emergency Physicians Integrated Care, LLC (EPIC) is a physician-owned group that formed in 1999. We staff the HCA system emergency departments (Mountainstar Health).While we are all part of one company with a unified mission, our clinicians are hired into divisions that serve facilities in an assigned geographical area.

The living areas are extremely friendly places to live with a perfect mixture of easy paced residential life with access to the metropolitan benefits of Salt Lake City. Ski at one of the many resorts within 30-60 minutes of the city, or head into the mountains to hike, bike, or enjoy nature and be back in time for your afternoon shift. Spend your weekends at Utah’s Big five National Parks or many of Utah's other natural wonders.

Facilities:

• Westlake Emergency Center: Address: 700 N Redwood Rd, Lehi, UT 84043, 11 treatment rooms, with one designated for trauma care and another set apart for behavioral health needs. Onsite diagnostics and lab services as well as imaging services including computerized tomography (CT scan), ultrasound and X‐ray will be immediately available to the medical staff. Average daily volume: 20-25 patients. EMR: Meditech.
• Herriman Emergency Center: Address: 13306 Fort Herriman Pkwy, Herriman, UT 84096, 11 treatment rooms, with one designated for trauma care and another set apart for behavioral health needs. Onsite diagnostics and lab services as well as imaging services including computerized tomography (CT scan), ultrasound and X‐ray will be immediately available to the medical staff. Average daily volume: 10-15 patients. EMR: Epic.
• Holy Cross Hospital - Jordan Valley
• Holy Cross Hospital - Mountain Point

Qualifications:

• Active MD/DO license.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts

Shift Requirements:

• 12 shifts per month
