Purpose: 

The Urgency Room provides un-scheduled ambulatory acute care medical services. The Clinic Support Specialist (CSS) is a patient concierge role focused on increasing patient experience, patient satisfaction, and supporting our clinical and non-clinical teams within the facility. The CSS will assist and engage where necessary to meet the needs of the patient, their families and guests while in the facility allowing medical staff to focus on patient medical care needs. This position supports clinic operations with the restocking and room preparation for the next patient. The position will also work to promote our brand and build awareness through interactions with existing patients on-site as well as new and prospective patients at promotional events throughout our communities. Our goal is to leave a positive brand impression on consumers both inside and outside of The Urgency Room.
