We're seeking a talented and experienced Animator Assistant and Content Creator Analyst to spearhead the creation of high-quality visual content that elevates our brand and engages our audience.
Work Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of visual marketing content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms
• Develop video content that enhances brand awareness and showcases the company’s expertise in cybersecurity, enterprise integration, and healthcare modernization
• Help produce animated videos that highlight career opportunities, company culture, and employee testimonials
• Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance design projects
• Support in developing timing and pacing of motion based on audio requirements
• Help record dialogue for animations when necessary
• Assist in project management from beginning to end, adhering to financial and time constraints
• Work with the HR team to develop recruitment videos that can be used in job postings, career fairs, and other recruitment activities
• Illustrate images based on storyboard frames provided by the marketing team scripts
• Research and stay up to date with the latest trends in animation and digital marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent design language across various channels

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year student to receive a bachelor's degree in a digital arts field, or recently graduated.
• Familiarity and experience in creating animated content (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Animate, etc.)
• Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
• Portfolio showcasing diverse animation work, including various digital materials
• Collaborative attitude with the ability to work in a team environment
