Job Description :

• Support the EHRM Product Engineering team in coordinating Technical Governance Board (TGB) activities and management of Tech Cell.
• Coordinate with the TGB facilitators and the client on scheduling reviews of proposed agenda items and identifying stakeholders to participate in review meetings.
• Provide EHRM-IO and VA stakeholder engagement and serve as an advocate for Technical Governance on behalf of ODCIO.
• Coordinate delivery of TGB meeting artifacts to the TGB Facilitator.
• Facilitate Tech Cell meetings coordinating with Solution Management team members, other EHRM stakeholders, and prime vendor representatives.
• Manage action items identified during TGB and Tech Cell meetings and track to closure.
• Perform oversight and tracking of action items and decisions made during TGB and Tech Cell meetings.
• Analyze, formulate, and recommend critical decisions to client.
• Review project scheduling and identify and mitigate risks to the Intake and Product Engineering leads.
• Provide technical analysis and input to roadmaps and other project artifacts which outline all activities, requirements and risks associated with work efforts.
• Propose process improvements to the client.
• Review technical project documents, deliverables and plans for completion and deliver recommendations to the client.

Minimum qualifications:

• 10 years of professional work experience
• Experience managing Information Technology related projects
• Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
• Experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress
• Able to identify and mitigate risks.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in the VA
• Experience implementing electronic health records
