Contractor-providedpersonnel shall have minimum of 10 years’ experience and knowledge with:

_{ElectronicWarfare programs of record to include SLQ-32, RTSO, Nulka, TEWM,}_{SKCS,SEI and collection of ELINT data}_.
_{SignalsIntelligence and ISR programs of record to include Shipboard Signals}_{ExploitationEquipment (SSEE) Increment E/F to include knowledge of Spectral, the}_{CryptologicCarry-On Program (CCOP), and the Distributed Common Ground}_{System-Navy (DCGS-N)}_.
_{Reachback capabilities within theater and Fleet architectures.}
_{LimitedObjective Experiments and Trident Warrior initiatives}_.
_{IntelligenceCarry-On Program (ICOP), and TURBULENT WAVE (TW)}_.
_{Navyand Joint Full Motion Video (FMV) enhancements/employment.}
_{ElectromagneticWarfare and Cryptologic equipment, Communications Electronic}_{Attackequipment, organic and non-organic SIGINT data and applications and}_{NationalSIGINT/Intelligence Data}_.
_{SensitiveCompartmented Information (SCI) CIP and GENSER COP Data and}_{applications.}
