Job DescriptionAre you looking for an exciting opportunity in Aiken, South Carolina, as an Assembler II? Come join a great team of professionals at Emerson Discrete Automation.
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Perform a high level of assembly duties which include the assembly, testing and packaging of all products within the Aiken Assembly departments. This could include actuators, kits and sub-assemblies per assembly procedures and/or operation sheets, drawings, packaging capsule sheets, and bills-of-material. …
WHO YOU ARE: You will relate comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography. You will separate and combine work activities into efficient work flow.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in determining proper sequence of operations and/or destination of incoming items based on the needs of the business in various product families.
  • Required to pass a skills assessment
  • Possess 2 to 4 years of production experience in various product families.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this role
