Job Summary:
As a Senior Technical Support professional at our client, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental equipment, particularly in the realm of imaging. Your expertise will be essential in providing high-level remote support to dental offices, addressing complex issues, and collaborating our internal support teams.
Responsibilities:

• Advanced Imaging Support:
  • Remotely assist dental offices in configuring and optimizing imaging software.
  • Collaborate directly with dental professionals to adjust settings, calibrations, and other parameters related to imaging equipment.
  • Rebuild driver bases and ensure seamless integration of imaging solutions.
• Problem Resolution and Reporting:
  • Dig deeper into technical problems, identifying root causes and providing detailed reports.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or home office for further analysis.
• CBCT Expertise:
  • Understand and utilize Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) technology.
  • Interpret CBCT scans, including identifying patient movement or motor irregularities.
  • Ensure accurate and reliable imaging results.
• Trade Shows and Events Support:
  • Attend trade shows and events where specified products are showcased.
  • Provide on-site technical support to dealers during these events.
  • Represent our client with professionalism and expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in technical support, especially in the medical field.
• Strong knowledge of imaging technologies, including CBCT.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with dental professionals.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 20% of the time) for trade shows and events.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $90,000 to $95,000 annually.
• Bonus: Eligible for a 5% performance-based bonus.
• Travel: Approximately 20% travel required for trade shows and events.
