In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Receive project assignment and acquire a full understanding of the nature and scope of the project as well as budget and schedule parameters.
- Assist in resolving technical design criteria for the project.
- Research and compile appropriate background information for the project, including past designs, materials specifications, and governing code requirements.
- Perform vital design calculations for the project.
- Prepare schematic designs for the project based on rough sketches and notes provided by others.
- Assist in determining materials quantities and specifications for the project.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or related field
- Must become comfortable with hands on work
- Occasional travel to manufacturing sites or conferences
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- CAD for tooling design
- Metallurgy failure analysis

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process.
In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range for this role is $73,000 – $76,000 commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
