In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead and manage the PMO staff to support Actuation Technologies' projects and achieve the team's objectives.
- Hire, train, and develop project management staff, focusing on career progression and performance improvement.
- Implement and monitor critical metrics with dashboards and data analysis to drive project success.
- Serve as the escalation point for internal and external customers, ensuring effective project delivery and issue resolution.
- Coordinate team activities to enhance engagement, manage project financials, and provide regular status reports to senior management.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 5 years in a project management or product engineering function
- 3 years in a people management function
- PMP/PMI or Prince certification preferred
- Knowledge & understanding of ‘EPC’ market, desirable
- Familiar with Valves and/or Actuation, desirable
