- Analyze, manage and mitigate risk in relation to jobsite safety, owner contractual terms, city and/or county specifications, and other contractors that could be working onsite
- Schedule work on calendar to help coordinate crews and inform management of following week's expectations and needs at weekly scheduling meeting
- Work with estimator and field supervision to coordinate material supplies and document the delivery and acceptance of the material but still have great customer service
- Attend and coordinate weekly meetings with the owner or owner's representative to communicate updated construction progress and when substantial completion can be expected with a great attitude
- Track project cost and job production, change order documentation, and request for payments
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 5 years of related experience is required.
- Able to meet all physical requirements
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Great sense of humor and positive attitude so the enjoyment of our awesome culture is unlike any other
