EMMLoans is expanding our Consumer Direct Team and is looking to add talented inside sales professionals.

Qualifications

So, how do you become part of this fantastic group of people? Meeting the following requirements is good place to start!

• Active NMLS Licensing – the more states, the better!

• A contagiously positive attitude and LOTS of energy

• Ability to adapt to change and the willingness to bring process improvements to the table to help grow as a family!

• Deep knowledge of various loan products, origination processes, policies, procedure, underwriting guidelines and documentation requirements

• Encompass experience is a must

• CRM and LMS experience is helpful in your success! (Velocify)

• Ability to multitask to work the provided leads utilizing all methods of communication, phone, text, email all through the provided systems. 

• Impeccable customer service skills with the ability to analyze borrower’s financial information.
