Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse to join our team. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings across different locations, providing essential medical care to patients in need.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the highest professional standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
Experience
- Previous experience in a variety of clinical settings such as ER, hospice care, behavioral health, pain management, cardiac catheterization, and Level I Trauma Center is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems is a plus
- Experience in medical office procedures and sonography would be beneficial
