Mechanical Designer with 5-10 years of experience of Detail drafting of Static equipment like Pressure vessel, S&T Heat exchanger, Columns, Reactors, Storage tanks, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, etc. in compliance with international codes and standards, project specifications, & general specifications prevalent in Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Chemicals & other associated industries.

A.Execution of oil & gas projects for the above-mentioned technologies.

B.Reviewing customer technical requirements and specifications and incorporating into project drawings.

C.Preparing Drawings & Datasheet and conduct vendor document reviews.

D.Develop / update plot plans, facility layouts, design-based procurement, and detailed engineering.

E.Preparation of engineering drawings with sufficient detail to define the equipment scope and technical requirements.

F.Prepare specifications for inquiry and order of equipment on projects.

G.Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment using AutoCAD.

H.Submit updated drawings for review through pre-defined document management workflow.

I.Act as the communication focal point for appropriate information/data between the vendor, client, and other disciplines.

J.Prepare data sheets for PSVs and rotary equipment that comply with customer technical standards and project requirements.

K.Review vendor drawings and other documentation and regularly meet, correspond, and coordinate with equipment vendors.

L.Interface and coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines to meet project design requirements and effectively manage the internal flow of data and design changes.

M.Responsible for working directly with customers, interfacing with the commercial sales team, providing oversight and direction to others within the project team.

N.Ability to travel to field for as built, collect site information and support field work activities.

O.Prepare and review Mechanical engineering discipline deliverables.

P.Quality Review and Validation of final deliverables before submission to client.

Q.Responsible for compliance with company and site safety policies.

Minimum proficiencies and qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical is required.

• 5-10 years of professional experience performing Detail drafting of Static equipment like Pressure vessel, S&T Heat exchanger, Columns, Reactors, Storage tanks, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, etc.

• Strong working knowledge of design codes including ASME Section VIII, Div. 1, TEMA and other API standards. Experience with European codes would be beneficial.

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD software.

• EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) / EPCm experience is preferred.
