Job: Sr. ERP Project Manager (HCM)

Pay Rate: $125/hr on W2

Overview:

As the Sr. ERP Project Manager specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM), you will spearhead the strategy, planning, and execution of projects supporting HR functionalities within our core ERP solution and associated ancillary applications. Collaborating closely with client project teams across state agencies and vendors, you will define project scopes, manage roles, allocate resources, and oversee the delivery of project objectives. Your leadership will foster effective communication and relationship-building among stakeholders and project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall management, tracking, and reporting of project schedules and activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Utilize your expertise in managing HCM on ERP Cloud Solutions such as Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, Infor, and SAP S4/HANA.
• Implement Agile methodologies and practices to drive project efficiencies and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Mentor and guide other Project Managers on best practices in project management methodologies.
• Effectively translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Present project progress, metrics, and recommendations to C-suite executives with confidence.
• Manage conflict, competing projects, risks, and issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills throughout project lifecycles.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of recent project management experience, demonstrating progression in responsibilities.
• Eligibility to sit for Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proven ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Previous experience in ERP Cloud environments and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Online, and Visio.
• Prior exposure to HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, or learning management processes.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification.
• 8 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Previous experience working within state agencies.
• Familiarity with ERP Cloud solutions and their implementation.
• Track record of successfully managing complex projects in an Agile environment.
